WELCOME! to this newly established club dedicated to people who are against the creations and manipulations of Sonic The Hedgehog caused by Archie Comics.

Now the first thing you must realize about this club is we’re not so much of a HATE club, as a support group. For the most part good stream of Archie Supports are quite feral over their opinions of how simply wonderful Archie is, thus they hunt down those who say otherwise and attempt a gang up until the other simply conforms to their beliefs or flees from repetitive exhaustion. What our intentions are is to bring a community atmosphere to those who believe in the same beliefs as we do, and help them get in touch with those like them. So if you don’t believe in something Archie Comics did and want to express your distaste feel free to join!

If you’re interested in joining the Anti-Archie Club, feel free to drop me a note, but please remember to read the rules first! Else your bum will be violated by the ever popular anal probe.

But..am I cool enough?

Anyone can join this group as long as they hold the belief that one thing or another that Archie did was wrong. It can be their excessively stupid fan character additions, their plot hole filled adventures, the terrible modifications of the original characters or even the artist or writers they chose to hire.

Are we against ALL Archie creations? Not all of us. Some people are, and some are not. We’re not here to express complete and total loathing of all things Archie (Some of us are, but not all!) we’re here to express loathing for things Archie did that we DON’T LIKE.
So, if say you like Locke, or Remington or Hope or even Predator Hawk, don’t let your liking for them discourage you from expressing yourself against something Archie did either TO those characters or to others…

If you’re not happy with it, you can join.


Please note that the admin has the right to reject anyone whom they fear may cause conflicts within the community or has a history of antagonistic nature so as to prevent the termination of this community.


RULES

First and foremost please understand that the Anti-Archie Club was not created to be a gang mentality community. We do not go out of our way to belittle, mock or flame people who have different views than ourselves in an unprovoked manner! (ie: We don’t start fights, we merely defend ourselves or express opinions in a non-hostile manner) Members found going out of their way to provoke people like that for no reason whatsoever will be removed from this community.

We’re not here to argue between couplings and who the ‘real’ girl/guy for Sonic/Knuckles/Tails/Joey Joe Joe Shabadoo is. This club was organized to support not only fans of the SatAM genre but also those who’re SegaSonic bound, Sonic Underground Bound, Sonic The Comic and even Adventures of Sonic orientated. Everyone was affected by this when Archie brought their world into play.

We would prefer the different genre of fans please keep their dedicated opinions of what’s the best Sonic to themselves when confronting other members in what could escalate into a heated argument. Remember that we are united against a common enemy. And that enemy is Archie. :3

Any violation of these rules will result in either a warning, or if the situation is extreme, an immediate removal from the club listing and if antagonism persists, a harassment report to DeviantART.

To Potential Flamers

I will state now to the anti-anti-Archie people out there that’re quite eager to rip into this club: no form of harassment will be tolerated; we will immediately report you to DeviantART for harassment. We’re entitled to our opinion as you are yours. It’s not very difficult to simply browse away from this community.

You have been warned.

Submission Options

Want to know what you can submit? Here’s a general rundown:

Images, lots of them! As long as it portrays some form of negative emotion towards Archie, their fan character additions or the modification of the originals (just be sure to state that you’re against Archie when drawing the originals, so as to not make it look as if you’re simply against that characters creation in general.)
Please however, nothing over the R rating. I’m not trying to make this club “kid friendly” but I don’t want anything that could potentially cause problems with DA.

Written pieces, Fanfictions, Comic Reviews, or simple long rants that you feel give good amounts of information to the reader. Please make sure it in some way is Archie Orientated.

Flash animations or hell, basically anything artistic that fits in one of the many categories in DeviantART. Just keep the rules in mind and remember what this clubs about.
